Job Title: Fresh Food Manager (Full-Time) Location: Curraghconway, Cork Salary: Up to €36,500 per year We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fresh Food Manager to join a busy retail environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in food or retail management.

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
• • Manage the day-to-day operations of the fresh food/deli area
• • Lead, train, and motivate a team
• • Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
• • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• • Monitor performance and drive sales targets
• • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and merchandising

Requirements

• Requirements:
• • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory/management role (food or retail preferred)
• • Strong leadership and communication skills
• • Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results
• • Highly organised with a proactive approach
• • Flexible to work 40 hours per week (5 days over 7)
• • Basic IT skills
