Job Description

Job Title: Digger Operator We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Digger Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will operate excavation machinery across various sites, performing tasks such as excavation, grading, and general groundworks for ongoing projects. This is a full-time position with an immediate start for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Operate diggers and other excavation machinery safely and efficiently on site Carry out excavation, grading, and groundworks according to project specifications Ensure compliance with all site safety regulations, procedures, and best practices Work independently or collaboratively as part of a construction or civil works team Report machinery issues or safety hazards promptly to site management Assist with site preparation and support other trades as required Requirements Valid Safe Pass CSCS Digger Ticket (360° Excavator) Proven experience operating diggers on construction or civil sites Strong knowledge of site safety procedures and best practices Ability to work independently and within a team Full driver’s licence preferred Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Benefits Immediate start for the right candidate Competitive pay rates based on experience Long-term, full-time employment Opportunity to work on a variety of civil and construction projects
