Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description

A reputable diesel distribution and supply company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and expand its customer base. Candidates must have proven experience in diesel sales, preferably with a strong network of commercial or bulk diesel customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase diesel sales and revenue.
• Identify and acquire new customers, including businesses, factories, offices, construction companies, and other bulk diesel consumers.
• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients while maintaining company profitability.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Candidates must have demonstrable experience selling diesel to corporate, industrial, commercial, or bulk customers.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in diesel sales, petroleum product sales, or a closely related industry.
• Existing relationships with potential diesel buyers will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the diesel distribution and supply market.
• Proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet sales targets.
• Must be proactive, target-driven, commercially aware, and comfortable with field sales.
