The successful candidates will work on a variety of residential, commercial, and civil construction projects across Counties Waterford, Tipperary, and Wexford. Responsibilities

• Carry out general construction and site labouring duties.
• Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction activities.
• Prepare and maintain work areas, ensuring sites remain clean and organised.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow site drawings, instructions, and project specifications.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Work effectively as part of a team while also being capable of working independently.
• Report any hazards, incidents, or equipment issues promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or a similar labouring role is desirable but not essential.
• Safe Pass certification (required).
• Manual Handling certification (preferred).
• Full, clean driving licence and own transport is an advantage due to travel between sites.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
• Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious.
