Job Title: Junior Sales Representative We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join a growing business based in Galway City/Athenry. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering excellent exposure across two dynamic sectors: marketing and online fashion retail. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to work directly with the owner of both businesses, gaining valuable hands-on experience and insight into sales strategy, business development, and operations. Start Date: Start of May 2026 Key Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies across both businesses Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth Assist with marketing initiatives, particularly within the online fashion sector Work closely with the business owner and gain exposure to day-to-day operations Learn and utilise internal systems with full training provided Requirements: 1–3 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing Relevant marketing qualification preferred Full driver’s licence and access to own transport Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop What’s on Offer: Full-time, permanent contract Hybrid working arrangement Competitive salary ranging from €35,000 to €43,000, depending on experience Commission-based earning potential Direct mentorship from the business owner Excellent opportunities for career progression within a growing organisation This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to build a long-term career in sales while gaining experience across multiple industries in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
